This home for rent consists of 2 floors, 1st floor with a terrace and 2 bedrooms and the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms and a balcony. The property also has a private pool, spacious living rooms (one on each floor) with a sofa-bed and fully equipped kitchens (microwave, coffee maker, large refrigerator etc.) and 2 bathrooms. There is also a lovely terrace and a balcony with a stunning view over Split and a newly-built pool (2020.). Outdoor fireplace for grilling and relaxing. Smoking is allowed on the terrace(balcony). Villa can easily accommodate 10 adults and a small child at no extra charge (total 11). Guest access All inner and outer areas shown on the photos are just for your use. You don't share anything with other guests. On the basement level, below both floors (apartments), there is a separate area with its own private and separate entrance, where we - hosts, live. Parking space can be shared with us as hosts, but you will always have room for your car(s). In addition to outside private parking space for your vehicle(s), at your request, a private parking spot in a garage right next to the property can be arranged. Other things to note There is a discount if you reserve 14 nights or more at our place. This property is the perfect choice for families, couples, business trips. This property is NOT for groups of under-25 year olds due to past bad experience with yong male groups of friends and because the place is tailored as a holiday home, for a relaxing holiday. Parties are not allowed, especially because the property is located on the premises of a well populated neighborhood. General house rules in Dalmatia apply to our property as well, meaning the outside noise levels should be kept low after 23:00h. Our property is cleaned and prepared thoroughly before each guest's arrival, in line with the current cleaning guidelines. Check in and check out during July and August should be on the weekends, for different arrangement, message us beforehand, we are flexible.
